What personal information does PICA share?

PICA is not in the business of selling your information as we value our customers and their privacy. We share limited customer information only as described below:

  • PICA contracts with third parties to provide specific products and services to you. For example, we use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and outside manufacturers to supply product. These service providers are provided with only the information that they need to perform their functions and are not permitted to use or disclose your personally-identifiable information for other purposes without your authorization.
  • For customers submitting a request for service, or who are ordering through our Bright Stores e-commerce site, PICA shares limited information to the Sales Associate that services your account. Our Associates value your business greatly and do not share your personal information with third parties.
  • For a customer buying products through an online auction, PICA collects personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. PICA provides this information to a third party who has contracted with PICA for the auction site. PICA does not collect credit card information in its online auctions. Billing is conducted by the third party who contracted with PICA, and will be conducted following the standards and procedures of that third party.
